The V1 external concealed display allows you to mount the visual alerts from the V1 in a discrete or concealed location. This will remove the visual alerts off the Valentine detector (and prying eyes you do not wish to see) to a location of your choosing, while the V1 continues in dark mode.
The mute and detector modes are controlled by a button this unit, whilst the volume is still controlled on the detector (unless you purchase the Remote audio adapter as well).
This concealed display can be mounted over your cigarette power adapter (post 1997) or you can use adhesive tab or Velcro to mount it to your dash. Some customers have even taken this further by fully concealing the V1 installation into their vehicles.
This compact visual display module measures only 1.0" in height, 2.5" in width and 1.2" in depth, painted in a satin-black finish that matches your V1.
